IT Support Technical Lead at Heptares Therapeutics

Jon Hanley has had a diverse range of work experiences. Jon started their career as a Data Entry Clerk at IFDS Financial Services Limited in September 2014, followed by a role as a Healthcare Assistant at Prestige Nursing + Care from April 2015 to August 2015. Jon then worked as a Helpdesk Technician at Currys PC World Business from August 2015 to January 2016.

Afterwards, Jon worked as a Barman at The Angel in 2016. In December 2016, they joined Shadowfax Technology Ltd as a 2nd Line Helpdesk Technician and stayed with the company until August 2019. During this time, they gained experience as an IT Support Technician at Sosei Heptares from August 2019 to December 2022. Jon then progressed to the role of IT Support Technical Lead at the same company from December 2022.

Additionally, Jon took on the role of Network Administrator at South Essex Insurance Brokers Limited from July 2018 to October 2018. This varied work experience showcases Jon's adaptability and expertise in IT support and customer service.

Jon Hanley completed a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Infrastructure Technician from Firebrand Apprenticeships between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they attended King Edward VI Grammar School from 2007 to 2014, but no degree or field of study was mentioned. In addition to their education, Jon has obtained several certifications, including Microsoft Software Development Essentials, Installation, Storage, and Compute with Windows Server 2016, Comptia Sec+, ITIL Foundation, and Comptia A+. The certifications were acquired between February 2017 and November 2017.
