Marianne Muldbjerg

Marianne Muldbjerg has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Marianne is currently the Head of Site Operations at Sosei Heptares since March 2023. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2022, they served as the Director of Operations at Mogrify. From 2019 to 2020, they were the VP Operations at Black Belt TX.

In 2016, Marianne worked at Tusk Therapeutics as the Director of Operations. Marianne'sresponsibilities included overseeing lab operations, HR, site facilities, legal, H&S, IT, and finance. Marianne also managed the identification and building of new facilities. During their time at Tusk Therapeutics, they were involved in setting up the company, acquisition due diligence, and project managing office and lab space construction.

Before working at Tusk Therapeutics, Marianne was the Scientific Director at Biosceptre International from 2013 to 2014. Marianne'srole involved commercializing diagnostic products and obtaining clinical trial application approvals.

From 2007 to 2010, Marianne served as the General Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific in Ely, Cambridgeshire. Marianne was responsible for managing R&D, manufacturing, QA, RA, engineering, sales, marketing, finance, and HR. Prior to that, they were the Head of Operations at Oxoid (Ely) Thermofisher from 2005 to 2007.

Marianne's career began at Dako A/S in 1997, where they held roles as a Production Manager and Research Scientist until 2005. Marianne successfully implemented a Lean Thinking culture within the manufacturing areas and achieved significant improvements in efficiency. Before Dako A/S, they worked as a Research Scientist at Copenhagen University Hospital, Rigshospitalet, and Carlsberg Breweries.

Marianne Muldbjerg holds a Master's degree in Executive Coaching, which they obtained in 2022 from In Touch Networks. Prior to this, they pursued MBA courses in Management and Finance at the Copenhagen School for Engineering from 2004 to 2005. Marianne'seducational journey began in 1984 at the University of Aarhus, Denmark, where they completed their Msc degree in Biology in 1989.
