Sarah Maskri, Ph.D. has seven years of work experience in various research roles. Sarah currently works as a Research Scientist at Sosei Heptares, where they focus on the discovery and early development of new medicines. Prior to this, they worked as a Doctoral research associate at the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) - German Research Foundation. Sarah also has experience as a Visiting Ph.D. at the University of Oxford and The Mount Sinai Hospital, where they studied molecular mechanisms and drug discovery related to ion channels and GPCRs. Sarah Maskri, Ph.D. has a diverse education history. In 2011, they received their High School Diploma with a focus on Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry from Public High School Abbane Ramdane Tizi-Ouzou. From 2014 to 2017, they pursued a BSc Degree in Chemistry/Biochemistry at the University of Montpellier in France. In 2017, they participated in a Franco-Italian double MSc degree program in Chemoinformatics at the University of Strasbourg in France. In 2018, they continued their studies with a Franco-Italian double MSc degree in In silico Drug Design at Université Paris Cité in France. Additionally, in the same year, they completed a Franco-Italian double MSc degree in Industrial and Medicinal chemistry at Università degli Studi di Milano in Italy. Currently, Sarah is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Münster in Germany, specializing in Computational Medicinal Chemistry and Molecular Design.
