Prathiba Desai

Prathiba Desai is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in immigration law. Currently serving as Supervising Attorney for Immigration at Their Justice since November 2023, Prathiba previously held various roles at the same organization, including Senior Staff Attorney and Staff Attorney in the Immigration sector from July 2019 to October 2022. Prior to Their Justice, Prathiba worked as Senior Program Associate for Learning and Development at Acacia Center for Justice and as Immigrant Rights Attorney at Empire Justice Center. Additional experience includes positions at My Sisters' Place, Manhattan Legal Services NYC, Immigration Legal Services of Long Island, and the Law Office of Usman B. Ahmad.
