Manuela Barklage

Manuela Barklage is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and process improvement within the Heraeus organization. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Service since May 2023, Manuela previously held the position of Head of Customer Service Europe at Heraeus Noblelight from April 2021 to April 2023. Manuela's career at Heraeus began in 2006 as a Senior Customer Service Representative, evolving through roles such as Commercial Excellence Manager and Core Team Member for the SAP Project Magellan, focusing on global order to cash processes and process automation. Prior experience includes working as a Customer Service Representative at Platexcis from 2001 to 2006, where responsibilities included sales order processing and logistics.
