Melissa Miller SHRM-SCP, MBA has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Melissa currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources, Compliance Officer, and Marketing Special Projects for ETS and Mo-Sci at Heraeus. In this role, they oversee the development and commercialization of synthetic wound care products. Prior to this, Melissa served as the Human Resources Business Partner for HQNA and Wartburg Precious Metals, Mo-Sci, and ETS at Heraeus. Melissa has also held various leadership positions at organizations such as SANUWAVE, Beacon Roofing Supply, Habasit, Scientific Games, The Deal, and Fidelis Care, where they were responsible for managing human resources functions and driving talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations. Melissa is an accomplished professional with a strong track record in strategic HR management. Melissa is actively involved in professional organizations such as GUIDE, Inc. and Women Business Leaders of the US Health Care Industry Foundation (WBL), where they serve as a member of the Board of Directors and as a member, respectively. Additionally, Melissa has contributed to the field of education by serving on the Career Advisory Committee for Gwinnett County Public Schools.

Melissa Miller SHRM-SCP, MBA has a strong educational background. Melissa obtained an MBA in Finance and an MBA in Information Systems from Pace University - Lubin School of Business from 2001 to 2005. Prior to their MBA, Melissa received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Buffalo State University between 1995 and 1999. Melissa completed their high school education at Blind Brook High School from 1991 to 1995, where they studied a wide range of subjects. Melissa has also obtained several certifications throughout their career, including the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in October 2018, as well as various certifications from Microsoft, RightPath Resources, and Wharton Executive Education.
