Duncan Crystal

Duncan Crystal has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Duncan co-founded HeraldAPI in 2021 and is currently in that role. Prior to that, Duncan worked at At-Bay from 2018 to 2021, where they served as an API Product Manager from an unspecified date in 2020 to 2021 and as a Business Development professional from 2018 to an unspecified date in 2020. Before At-Bay, Duncan was employed at Gartner from 2016 to 2018, where they held the title of Senior Strategy Analyst and Product Manager. Duncan also worked at CEB, now Gartner, from 2014 to 2016 as a Research Analyst focused on Software Development.

Duncan Crystal earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from The Johns Hopkins University from the year 2010 to 2014. During their time there, they pursued a double major in International Studies and East Asian Studies, while also minoring in Mathematics. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2010, they obtained their High School Diploma from Phillips Academy. Additionally, Duncan has obtained certifications in the Challenger Sales Method from CEB (now Gartner) in July 2017 and as a Certified Scrum Product Owner from BadgeCert in August 2016.
