Rudy Davila

Rudy Davila currently serves as the Director of Global Employee Inclusion, Engagement, and Communications at Herbalife, a leading multi-billion dollar wellness company. In this role, Rudy collaborates with various HR centers of excellence and corporate communications to develop programs that enhance employee connectivity. Previous experience includes positions as Manager of HR and Recruiting at Telesign, where Rudy supported cyber security software development, and HR Operations and Project Manager at Fullscreen Media, focusing on social marketing and influencer networks. Rudy also held the role of Manager of HR Programs and Strategic Initiatives at The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, where responsibilities expanded following a promotion from Executive Assistant. Rudy is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communication at Purdue University, expected to complete in December 2025.
