Cathy Gray

Cathy Gray is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in legal compliance and recruitment. Currently serving as Practice Compliance Manager at Herbert Smith Freehills since December 2011, Cathy previously held the position of Recruitment Manager for Australia. Prior to this role, Cathy worked as a Recruitment Executive at Macquarie Bank and as a Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page International. Cathy's career began as an Employment Lawyer at Reed Smith LLP, where Cathy practiced from September 1998 to August 2003.
