James Park has over 19 years of work experience in the beauty and consumer goods industries. In 2020, they were appointed President of Herbivore Botanicals. From 2003 to 2006, they were Brand Manager of Neutrogena at Johnson & Johnson, where they built a new product pipeline for anti-aging and men's skin care categories. From 2001 to 2003, they were a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, where they advised on category development plans for leading Korean brands.

James Park attended Pomona College and then went on to The Wharton School to receive their MBA in Marketing and E-Commerce.
