Kashif Safdar

Kashif Safdar has extensive experience in the rental equipment industry. Kashif started their career at PEAX Equipment Rental, where they served as a Supervisor for Special Projects from 2007 to 2012. In this role, they worked on contracts and projects for Saudi Aramco, handling planning, costing, bidding, and execution.

In 2013, Kashif Safdar joined Herc Rentals as a Business Development Manager for Rental Power. Their main goals were to provide complete power solutions to customers and offer cost-saving packages. Kashif held this position until 2015.

From 2015 to 2016, Kashif Safdar served as the Region Sales Director for Eastern Canada at Herc Rentals. Kashif was responsible for sales strategies, market share, and growth in the region, leading a team of sales representatives and business development managers.

In 2016, they transitioned to the role of District Manager for Prosolutions at Herc Rentals, overseeing operations and management in Canada. And finally, in 2019, they were promoted to the position of Region Vice President, responsible for Herc Rentals' Canadian operations, including safety, people management, P&L management, and expanding the company's network and customer support.

Kashif Safdar completed their Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of the Punjab between 1999 and 2002. Prior to that, they obtained an Intermediate degree in Chartered Accountancy from the Professional Academy of Commerce between 2000 and 2002.
