Soraya Samaniego

Soraya Samaniego possesses extensive experience in operations and customer service, currently working as an Operations Dispatcher at Hercules Forwarding since December 2009, where responsibilities include managing a team of owner-operators and company drivers, scheduling, dispatching pickups, and preparing nightly manifests with proficiency in ACE. Additionally, Soraya has held multiple seasonal customer service positions at Bloomex from 2015 to 2018, focusing on data entry and customer support. Earlier experience includes serving as a Handicap Driver at Beaver Transportation, providing transportation services for children. Soraya completed training as an Early Childhood Assistant at CDI College in 2007 and attended Archbishop Romero from 2002 to 2005.
