Jessica Davis Sphr

Jessica Davis, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Hercules Incorporated since September 2023. With extensive experience in Human Resources, Jessica has held similar managerial positions at Health Services, Inc. and Innovative ECMO Concepts Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing HR functions for hundreds of employees across multiple locations. Earlier roles include directorship at MainStreet Family Care, where Jessica established an HR department for a growing urgent care startup, and significant HR roles at Sikorsky Aircraft, focusing on labor relations and employee management. Jessica holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Troy University, a Postgraduate Certificate in Instructional Design and Performance Improvement from Arizona State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Auburn University.
