Sunhwa Kim

Sunhwa Kim serves as the Head of Global Service Strategy and Operations at HERE Technologies since June 2018, where responsibilities include global service strategy, annual planning, business performance management, and operation transformation projects. Previously, Sunhwa worked as the Head of APAC Telco and Tech Industry Solution, focusing on go-to-market strategies and sales performance analysis. Prior experience includes roles at Cisco from October 2009 to May 2018, overseeing Korea strategy, planning, and operations, as well as serving as the APAC Transformation Business Development Manager. Sunhwa's career began at SK Telecom as a Mobile Data Research Engineer and included over nine years at Accenture as a Senior Manager in the communication and high-tech industry. Academic credentials include a Master of Engineering in Computer Science from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering from Ewha Womans University.
