Riley Wood

Riley Wood has a diverse background in customer service and operations, currently serving in Guest Operations at Here since August 2022. Previously, Riley held various roles at WanderJaunt, starting as a Customer Care Associate and progressing to Customer Care Team Lead, where responsibilities included coaching, KPI reporting, and resolving complex customer issues. Additional experience includes sales and management internships at Nordstrom, game operations with the Arizona Diamondbacks, and merchandise internship at Walt Disney World. Riley also worked as a Brand Ambassador for Everdry Waterproofing and a Sales Associate at Frances. Riley earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Grand Canyon University, graduating in 2019.
