Joe Simons

Joe Simons currently serves as the Special Investigations Unit (SIU) Manager at Hereford Insurance Company, overseeing SIU operations in support of the Claims department since 2022. Previously, Joe held a similar managerial role at Plymouth Rock Assurance from 2016 to 2021, where responsibilities included directing field staff in fraud detection and investigation. Joe's extensive career at Progressive Insurance spanned nearly two decades, during which various roles included SIU Investigator, Claim Branch Manager, and Claim Supervisor, focusing on fraud prevention and exceptional claims service. Prior military experience as a Captain in the United States Army further complements Joe's leadership and investigative skills. Joe holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration in General Business from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
