Mark Purvis

Mark Purvis is the Director of Transformation at Herefordshire Council. Mark has over 20 years of experience in leading transformational programmes, including the Flexible Futures Programme and the Digital Strategy development at Herefordshire Council. Mark also has extensive experience in advising directors and elected members on transformation programmes. Prior to their current role, Purvis was the Transformation Program Manager at Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, where they led the digital transformation and smarter ways of working programmes. Mark has also held roles as a Programme Manager at Hampshire County Council, a Digital Consultant at Ealing Council, and a Transformation Programme Manager at London Borough of Redbridge. Purvis has a proven track record in leading successful transformation programmes and is an expert in the field of digital transformation.

Mark Purvis has an MSc from London South Bank University in Human Development and a degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of South Africa.
