Krystian Balwierz

Krystian Balwierz has a wealth of experience in software engineering. Krystian began their career in 2008 as a Senior Software Engineer at Sygnity S.A. where they developed desktop programs and utilized Jboss server as a data source and bean executor. In 2014, they moved to Delphi as a Software Systems Test Engineer, where they prepared, developed, and executed system tests of products based on embedded Linux systems (QNX). Krystian also tested applications that communicated through a client-specific protocol based on the CAN bus. In 2015, they joined EPAM Systems as a Lead Software Engineer, where they developed and maintained systems for retail companies. Krystian also acted as a team lead and resource manager, as well as a technical interviewer. Finally, in 2020, they joined Heretto as an Onsite Manager and Senior Software Engineer.

Krystian Balwierz has a Master's Degree in Automatics and Robotics from AGH University of Science and Technology, which they obtained between 2004 and 2010. Krystian also holds a High School degree from the Secondary Technical School of Electrical Engineering, which they obtained between 1999 and 2004. Additionally, Krystian has two certifications: Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org, obtained in October 2017, and OCPJP 6.0 from Oracle.
