Marc Paugam

Marc Paugam currently serves in the role of M&A, stratégie et performance at HERIGE since June 2021, overseeing the group's M&A operations, including significant transactions such as the sale of VM Matériaux and the acquisition of Poralu. Responsibilities include project management across various functions, conducting financial and strategic due diligence, and improving performance in different branches. Previous experience includes a managerial position at Accuracy where Marc specialized in financial due diligence and M&A support across various sectors. Additional roles encompassed positions at Adviso Partners, Crédit Agricole CIB, KPMG, TOTAL, and Ouest Conseils, with responsibilities ranging from financial analysis to operational support and audit. Marc holds a degree from NEOMA Business School and has also studied at Singapore Management University.
