Cody Vilaythong is a skilled IT professional with extensive experience in desktop support and system administration. Currently serving as a Desktop Support Technician at Heritage Auctions since June 2022, Cody manages KACE ticketing queues, organizes infrastructure for travel shows, oversees auction livestreams, and supports over 800 users. Previous roles include Tier 2 System Support Technician and Systems Support Technician at Nationwide Title Clearing, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed Exchange permissions and network maintenance. Additional experience includes technology oversight at AODI, courier services at GENETWORx, and customer service at AutoZone. Cody holds an Associate of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies from Richland Community College and has a strong foundation in engineering from Yvonne A. Ewell Townview Magnet Center and the School of Science and Engineering.
