Kevin Potter has extensive work experience in the banking industry, spanning over two decades. Kevin has held high-level positions in various companies, including Heritage Bank, Suncorp Group, and National Australia Bank.

At Heritage Bank, Kevin served as the Chief Merger Integration Officer and Chief Customer Officer, responsible for managing integration efforts and enhancing customer experience. Kevin also held the role of Chief Operating Officer.

Prior to joining Heritage Bank, Kevin engaged in private consulting work.

During their time at Suncorp Group, Kevin held several executive positions, including Executive General Manager of Product & Portfolio, Executive General Manager of Distribution, Chief Risk Officer Banking, and Executive General Manager of Group Financial Risk. From 2016 to 2016, Kevin attended INSEAD and obtained a degree in AVIRA in the field of Organizational Leadership.

In 2010, Kevin attended Harvard Business School and completed the Advanced Management Program. During this program, they studied various subjects including marketing, leadership, corporate finance, corporate strategy, organizational change, and business ethics.

Between 1989 and 1991, Kevin attended Monash University and earned a Graduate Diploma in Business with a focus on Finance.

From 1981 to 1984, Kevin attended La Trobe University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government.
