Chijiuzom Ogbonna

Chijiuzom Ogbonna has extensive experience in fraud management and IT support, currently serving as Team Lead for E-Fraud Management and Investigations at Heritage Bank Plc since October 2012. Responsibilities include supervising the Frauddesk Team, managing fraudulent activities, investigating debit card fraud, and collaborating with law enforcement. Prior to this role, Chijiuzom worked as an E-fraud Analyst and Regional Information Technology Support within the same institution, where critical tasks involved liaising with switching companies and providing desktop support. Previous experience includes supervising IT operations at Enterprise Bank Limited and serving as a Personal Assistant in the banking sector. Chijiuzom holds a Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Yaba College of Technology and a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic.
