Dan Cotner

Dan Cotner is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in commercial banking and relationship management. Currently serving as Vice President and Commercial Banking Officer at Heritage Bank NW since September 2025, Dan previously held various roles at Idaho First Bank, where tenure included positions as Vice President and Commercial Relationship Manager, as well as Assistant Vice President and Commercial Relationship Manager. Dan's experience also includes a role as Market Area Manager at Credit Acceptance and positions at Northwest Bank as both SBA Relationship Manager and Assistant Relationship Manager. Early career experiences include working at Wells Fargo as a Credit Analyst, Personal Banker, and Teller. Dan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Finance and a minor in Accounting from Boise State University, earned between 2006 and 2011.
