Jennifer Nino

Jennifer Nino has a diverse work experience in the banking and finance industry. Jennifer is currently serving as the Chief Accounting Officer at Heritage Bank NW since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Northwest Bank as the SVP/Chief Financial Officer from December 2017 to March 2021.

Before joining Northwest Bank, Jennifer held the position of EVP/CFO at Lewis & Clark Bank from February 2016 to December 2017. Jennifer also had a significant role at Commencement Bank, where they were the EVP/CFO from April 2006 to January 2016. During their tenure at Commencement Bank, Jennifer played a crucial role in the bank's growth, serving as the first official employee and managing a team of four employees. Jennifer was responsible for accounting and finance, human resources and payroll, facilities, marketing, and information technology.

Jennifer's earlier experience includes working at Rainier Pacific Bank, where they started as the Internal Auditor and was later promoted to Vice President of Risk Management. At Rainier Pacific Bank, they were involved in creating and implementing the Sarbanes Oxley 404 documentation, internal audit, fraud, regulatory compliance, and information security from January 2004 to April 2006.

Jennifer began their career at RSM McGladrey in September 1995, serving as a Director. During their time there, they performed financial statement audits, tax return preparation, and pension plan audits for financial institutions, manufacturing companies, and nonprofit clients. Jennifer also played a role in developing the internal audit and consulting practice, which contributed significantly to the growth of the company.
