Kevin Fitzgerald

Kevin Fitzgerald has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Kevin started their career at Citibank as a VP of Technical Program Management, where they managed a program office for a smooth transition to a new core processing platform. Kevin then joined TD Bank as a VP of Consumer Product Development, overseeing the development of deposit products and exploring debit card partnerships with external brands. Kevin later worked at Bangor Savings Bank as an SVP, Director of Customer Servicing Operations & Project Management, where they improved the accuracy of the mortgage business and implemented a User Acceptance Testing program. At Busey, they served as an EVP of Bank Operations & Project Management Office, revitalizing the operations function and excelling in loan reviews. Kevin also worked at Northern Bank as a Senior Product Manager, leading the build-out of business products and services. More recently, they held senior roles at Midland States Bank, Umpqua Bank, and now serves as an SVP of Product Management at Heritage Bank NW.

Kevin Fitzgerald has a diverse education history. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Math (Operations Research) and another Bachelor of Arts degree in History, both obtained from the University of Maine. Kevin also has a Master of Arts degree in Archaeology from The University of Sheffield. Additionally, they have a certificate in Six Sigma from Villanova University.
