Mike Arellano

Mike Arellano serves as the Commercial Banking Team Lead SVP at Heritage Bank NW since August 2023, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles including Managing Director at First Republic Bank and SVP at Citywide Banks. With a strong background in commercial banking, Mike has successfully developed sales strategies, mentored teams, and managed commercial lending relationships, particularly for small to medium enterprises. Mike has held various positions at Bank of the West and Pacific Continental Bank, ultimately progressing from a Small Business Underwriter at US Bank to leadership roles in commercial banking. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Real Estate Finance from Portland State University and enhanced expertise through participation in the Risk Management Association.
