Mike Trueba

Mike Trueba is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in commercial banking and business development. Currently serving as the Commercial Team Leader at Heritage Bank NW since December 2022, Mike previously held the position of Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Manager at Northwest Bank from July 2017 to 2022, where a focus on building long-term relationships with Southwest Idaho businesses was emphasized. Prior experience includes the role of Business Development Manager at Montana & Idaho Community Development Corporation, where collaboration with financial institutions and community leaders aimed to enhance small business financing. Mike has also worked as a Business Banker and Commercial Lender at Zions Bank, managing relationships and lending needs for business clients, and held various roles at Wells Fargo from 2003 to 2014, including Learning & Development Consultant and Retail Store Manager. Mike Trueba holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Marketing and Management from Boise State University and has been involved in Leadership Boise from 2017 to the present.
