Renee Nichols has extensive experience in the banking sector, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as VP Software Solutions and Support Manager at Heritage Bank NW since April 2014, Renee also held the role of VP Information Systems Manager and previously served as AVP Business Analyst for Core Banking-Loans. Prior to Heritage Bank, Renee was the AVP Loan Services Operations Administrator at Whidbey Island Bank from November 2012 until the merger with Heritage Bank in May 2014. Renee's earlier roles include serving as Special Credit Assistant and Loan Servicing Manager at Washington Federal from 2010 to November 2012, during which time responsibilities included managing the transition of commercial and real estate loan servicing from Horizon Bank. At Horizon Bank, Renee rose to the position of AVP Loan Servicing Manager, contributing significantly to the management of commercial and real estate loan servicing over a 20-year tenure in various roles, including Senior Loan Servicing Consultant and Customer Service Representative.
