Leonard Munthali

Leonard Munthali has extensive experience in the field of IT and data management. Leonard is currently serving as the Vice President of IT at Heritage Christian Services, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of IT Data & Systems at Plum Telemed starting from September 2021.

Before joining Plum Telemed, Leonard served as the Director of IT at Ziply Fiber from January 2020 to June 2021. Leonard gained valuable experience as the VP of IT at PSB Network from October 2014 to December 2019.

Leonard's earlier career includes roles as an IT Consultant at IBM from September 2009 to October 2014, IT Senior Billing Manager at Virgin Mobile South Africa from March 2006 to September 2009, and Datawarehouse Manager at Standard Bank South Africa from March 2007 to September 2008.

Leonard also worked as a Datawarehouse Manager at Cell C from August 2004 to March 2006 and as a Project Manager at Real Global Business Solutions (Pty) Limited from February 2000 to August 2004. Leonard started their career as a Senior Oracle Database Administrator at Oracle from August 1996 to February 2000.

Leonard Munthali has completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Malawi. Leonard also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Management from the University of Johannesburg. Currently, their education history shows that they are studying Accounting and Finance at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, but no specific degree or completion date is provided for this program.
