Amy Birkel

Amy Birkel has a strong background in the senior living industry. Amy began their career at Assisted Living Concepts in 1998, where they served as Program Director for two years. In 2000, they joined Century Park Associates and held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing until 2003, when they were promoted to General Manager. Birkel then joined Heritage Communities in 2013 as the Director of Resident Services. Amy quickly progressed within the company, becoming Vice President in 2017 and most recently serving as the Chief Operating Officer.

Amy Birkel attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney from 1995 to 1999, where they pursued a degree in Gerontology/Business Administration. No specific field of study was mentioned.
