Donna Faust Aman

Donna Faust Aman has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Donna is currently the Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Heritage Communities since February 2022. In this role, they are responsible for leading the growth of their brands in the senior living community and creating interest in their communities.

Prior to that, Donna worked as a Personal Healthcare Coordinator at the Aman household from July 2021 to February 2022. Donna temporarily stepped away from their full-time role as the Executive Director at Outlook Enrichment from July 2021 to address family concerns, but continued to assist the Outlook team on a part-time basis with grant management and transitional activities.

Donna's previous experience includes roles such as Director of Physician Engagement at Physician Advisors, LLC from April 2014 to July 2015, Director of Brand Marketing and Media Relations at Hayneedle from March 2010 to February 2014, and Consumer Insights Manager and Senior Marketing Manager at ConAgra Foods from October 2004 to February 2010.

Donna also held various Brand Management roles at Johnson & Johnson - McNeil Consumer Products and Johnson & Johnson from 1998 to 2004. Additionally, Donna started their career as a Project Engineer at Howard R Green Consulting Engineers from August 1993 to December 1998, where they achieved significant growth for the department and developed a database software product.

Furthermore, Donna co-founded and served as the President of CompuTerra, Inc. from 1994 to 1998.

Donna Faust Aman obtained their MBA degree in Marketing from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, where they studied from 1996 to 1998. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University, attending from 1988 to 1993. In addition, Donna has studied Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, although the exact duration and any degree earned in this field are unknown.
