We are currently offering a base pay of $75,000 plus 10% commission to start.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking motivated individuals to join us as Outside Door-to-Door Sales Representatives.

JOB SUMMARY:

As an Outside Door-to-Door Sales Representative for roofing sales, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. You will engage directly with homeowners and businesses, educating them about our roofing services and generating leads through proactive outreach efforts. Your goal will be to build relationships, provide expert consultations, and secure roofing projects by effectively demonstrating the value of our services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and prospect potential customers within designated residential areas through targeted door-to-door canvassing and networking efforts.

Direct Sales:

  • Approach homeowners and businesses to introduce Heritage Construction's roofing services. Articulate service benefits, address inquiries, and provide detailed information about our offerings.

Consultative Selling:

  • Establish rapport with homeowners to address their roofing needs.
  • Assess their requirements and offer tailored solutions based on our services.

Relationship Building:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients. Build trust and rapport to foster long-term partnerships.

Follow-Up:

  • Proactively follow up with potential clients to answer questions, provide additional information, and facilitate decision-making processes.

Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including contact details, preferences, and specific requirements.

Adaptability:

  • Handle various responses professionally, including rejections, and pivot to the next opportunity with persistence and resilience.

Customer Service:

  • Ensure exceptional service delivery throughout the sales process and act as a liaison between clients and our operations team.

Meeting Sales Targets:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets or quotas set by the company. Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress towards goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid driver's license.
  • MUST HAVE A LATE MODEL HALF TON OR LARGER TRUCK.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with roofing products and construction terminology is a plus.

COMPENSATION: In our sales model, we offer an attractive structure that provides competitive incentives and rewards, ensuring our sales team is motivated to achieve and exceed their targets.

  • Base pay of $75,000 plus 10% commission.
