Outside Sales Representative (d2d)

We’re growing and looking to expand our field sales force in our central Texas office. We are offering a base pay of $75,000 plus 10% commission with the opportunity to grow.

Heritage Roofing and Construction is a well-established local family/veteran owned company and has been serving Texas residents in every major City and surrounding metro area for over 10 years.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate will…

• Have some project management experience
• Understand the importance of customer service and network building
• MUST HAVE A LATE MODEL, MIDSIZE OR LARGER PICKUP TRUCK (THIS IS A REQUIREMENT)
• MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
• SALES EXPERIENCE A PLUS, BUT NOT A REQUIREMENT
• MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH HEIGHTS
• Hunter mentality, Ambitious, Hard working
• Be coachable, team player, self-starter

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

On a typical day…

9am-Noon in the field

• Prospecting, inspecting roofs, assisting homeowners file claims

Noon-3 Lunch/meetings/pre-call planning

• Setting appointments, meeting with adjusters, evening pre-call planning, completing paperwork

3-8pm in the field

• Prospecting, inspecting roofs, assisting homeowners file claims

In a typical week…

• Monday-Friday (some weekends may be required)
• Filing 3-5 claims a week
