Sharon Lainio

Sharon Lainio is an experienced professional with a strong background in environmental operations and compliance. Currently serving as the Director of Hub Operations at Heritage-Crystal Clean LLC since December 2003, Sharon has held multiple roles within the company, including Assistant Manager of Facility Operations, Terminals and Environmental Compliance & EMS Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Sun Chemical as an Environmental Health Safety Auditor/Specialist and at Safety-Kleen in various roles, including Waste Approvals Chemist and EHS Manager. Sharon began a career in waste approvals at Waste Management and holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Geology from the University of Iowa, earned between 1990 and 1994.
