Dakota Schmutzler

Dakota Schmutzler, CPA, serves as the Accounting Manager at Heritage Environmental Services since August 2017, previously holding positions as Senior Staff Accountant and Staff Accountant within the same company. Dakota began the professional journey as an Audit Intern at BKD LLP in early 2017 and has experience in customer service as a Server at Buffalo Wild Wings from 2013 to 2016, working approximately 25 to 30 hours per week during the school year. Additional experience includes a summer role as an Engineering Assistant at TydenBrooks SPG, focusing on inventory validation, OSHA compliance, and project supervision. Dakota holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Ball State University and graduated with an Academic Honors Diploma from Angola High School.
