Karen Gephart

Meng Yeo is a seasoned lawyer with extensive experience in corporate law, litigation, and real estate law. Currently employed at Morrison Foerster since August 2019, Meng focuses on corporate and securities law within a globally recognized firm. Prior experience includes serving as a Junior Lawyer at Farella Braun + Martel LLP, specializing in commercial litigation and environmental law, as well as a Legal Advisor at Keker, Van Nest & Peters LLP, where the emphasis was on complex commercial litigation and white-collar crime cases. Meng began a legal career as an intern at Cooley LLP, concentrating on the technology and life sciences sectors. Academic credentials include a law degree from Duke University School of Law, obtained in September 2009.
