Taylor Harvey

Taylor Harvey has a strong background in talent management and learning and development. They currently serve as the Director of Talent Management at Heritage Environmental Services since May 2023. Prior to this role, they worked at Simon Property Group for several years, starting as a Specialist in Learning & Development in October 2019 and progressing to the role of Manager in November 2022. They also had a previous role as a Senior Specialist in Learning & Development at Simon Property Group. Before joining Simon Property Group, Taylor worked at Conduent as a Course Administration Team Lead and Course Administrator from July 2017 to October 2019. They began their career at Pinnacle Partners, Inc as an Engineering & Manufacturing Recruiter and later as an Engineering and Manufacturing Research Coordinator from April 2016 to July 2017.

Taylor Harvey attended Butler University from 2011 to 2015, where they received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. After completing their undergraduate studies, Taylor then pursued a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development at Indiana State University from 2015 to 2017.
