Erik Shappy has an extensive background in Information Systems and Technology, with experience in various roles at different companies. Erik currently holds the position of SVP IS&T, eCommerce, and Facilities at Heritage Family Credit Union. Prior to this, Erik worked as the IT Manager at Woodstock Inn & Resort and in Enterprise Messaging and Groupware Applications at Pluess-Staufer Industries. Erik also served as the System Administrator/MIS at Hubbardton Forge. Erik holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a Business Concentration from Castleton University. Their expertise lies in network administration, software upgrades, project management, and training employees in various software technologies.
