Sarah Hess

Sarah Hess has significant experience in account management and project coordination within healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as Account Manager and previously as Provider Network Coordinator and Contracts Specialist at Heritage Health Solutions since February 2019, Sarah has developed expertise in managing outside medical networks. Prior to this, experience from September 2017 to February 2019 at IBM included responsibilities as a Project Coordinator and backup Business Analyst for a major Federal client, focusing on invoicing and security clearance coordination. Additionally, Sarah worked at Verizon Enterprise Solutions from January 2012 to September 2017, where roles included Client Coordinator, organizing critical federal files, and Front Desk Receptionist. Sarah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies from Mount St. Joseph University, earned from 2008 to 2011.
