Nate Wells Cha

Nate Wells' work experience is as follows:

- From 2016 to present, they worked at Heritage Hotels & Resorts as the President of the Lodge Collection, which includes The Lodge at Santa Fe and Nativo Lodge. In this role, they focused on providing a value and experiential-driven experience for guests. Prior to this, they were the Executive Director from June 2016 to March 2020.

- In 2015, they worked at The Home Depot as a District HR Manager from August 2015 to June 2016.

- From 2013 to 2015, they worked at Heritage Hotels and Resorts as the Corporate Director of Organizational Development/HR.

- In 2012, they worked at Burlington Coat Factory as a Store Manager from April 2012 to March 2013.

- From 2007 to 2012, they worked at Target as a Store Manager from March 2010 to April 2012, and as a Human Resources Executive Manager from September 2007 to March 2010.

Nate Wells, CHA, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Colorado State University Pueblo. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) from the AHLEI - American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute in January 2022.
