Heather Mendell

Heather Mendell is an experienced Nurse Practitioner at Optum since July 2018 and has held various nursing roles at Heritage Ministries since April 2009, including Nurse Manager for a 45-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing unit, RN Supervisor, and Perdiem RN. In this capacity, Heather coordinates resident and staff care, ensuring individualized treatment and safety. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) focus from Gannon University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Penn State University, and an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing from Jamestown Community College.
