Danielle Waite has 22 years of experience in the multifamily industry. She began her career as a leasing consultant prior to joining the military. After serving in the U.S Air Force for 7 years, she returned to the multifamily industry as a property manager and quickly worked her way up to a regional manager. Her prior role was with LMS Real Estate Management where Danielle's expertise in new acquisitions resulted in rent growth that surpassed pro forma and added value to multiple assets.
Danielle recently became a part of the Heritage team and is overseeing the Hattiesburg and MS/AL coastal areas. She is committed to increasing the value of the portfolio and streamlining the day to day operations.
Danielle earned her associates degree while serving in the U.S. Air Force and graduated with a 4.0 average. She later went on to graduate from the University of Southern MS with highest honors where she studied education and psychology.
