Kecia C. Rossby is an experienced professional with a diverse background in property management, mental health services, and entrepreneurial ventures. Currently serving as an Authorization Specialist at Jacksonville Orthopaedic Institute since November 2021, Kecia also operates Sweet Potato and Honey as the Owner since July 2020.
