Frank Mentesana

Frank Mentesana has a diverse background as a food writer, stylist, photographer, and recipe developer. Frank currently holds the position of Head of Growth at Heritage Radio Network, a nonprofit media outlet focused on transformative discussions about food. Prior to this role, Frank was the Founding Director of EcoSpaces Education and Creative Director at Locale90 Neapolitan Pizza Market. Frank authored and photographed the book "Once Upon a Tart" during their time at Knopf Publishing. Additionally, Frank was the Founding Owner of Once Upon A Tart Inc.
