Joel Baier

Joel Baier has extensive experience in the beverage industry, with a focus on brand management and sales. Joel currently holds the position of Director of Portfolio Management at Heritage Wine Cellars, Ltd. since January 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Brand Manager - Spirits for the same company from January 2019 to January 2022. Joel also worked as a Commercial Spirits Specialist at E. & J. Gallo Winery from 2016 to 2018. Earlier in their career, they were an Associate Brand Manager and District Manager at Wirtz Beverage Nevada from 2012 to 2015, and a District Manager and Sales Consultant at Wirtz Beverage Illinois, LLC from 2008 to 2012.

Joel Baier has a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
