Kainoa McDonald

Kainoa McDonald is a Relationship Credit Manager at Heritage Bank of Commerce since September 2025, bringing extensive experience in commercial banking from the Bank of Hawaii where responsibilities included roles such as Assistant Vice President and branch management positions. Prior experience includes supervisory roles at T&C Surf, as well as a Financial Advisor Assistant at Central Pacific Bank and a summer internship with Macy's in executive management. Kainoa holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and International Business from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a high school diploma from Punahou School.
