Kamran Husain

Kamran Husain is an experienced finance executive with a background in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as a Board Member at Heritage Bank of Commerce since December 2021, Kamran previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Tribal, where responsibilities included building and leading the finance function for a prominent global B2B payments company. Kamran's extensive experience includes roles as Chief Accounting Officer at Silicon Valley Bank, overseeing accounting and regulatory reporting, and as Senior Vice President & Chief Accounting Officer at Greater Bay Bancorp, where involvement in mergers and acquisitions and implementating Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) took place. Earlier in the career, Kamran served as Senior Audit Manager at PwC and worked as a Financial Analyst at Kidder, Peabody & Co. Academically, Kamran holds an MBA in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA in Economics Management from Ohio Wesleyan University.
