Charlie MacIel

Charlie Maciel is an experienced superintendent in the construction industry, currently serving in the role at Herman Construction Group, Inc. since December 2022. Previously, Charlie held similar superintendent positions at Del Amo Construction and Herman Construction Group, Inc. from May 2018 to January 2023. Earlier career roles include superintendent, quality control, and safety and health officer at JF Engineering, as well as superintendent positions at Straub Construction and EDGE Development. Charlie's tenure at RQ Construction as Sr. Concrete Superintendent from February 2003 to July 2011 further solidified expertise in concrete management and project supervision.
