Norman Schilling

Norman Schilling currently serves as Responsable des Ventes France-Ouest at OTTO-CHEMIE - Hermann Otto GmbH since December 2018. Prior to this role, Norman held the position of Directeur Technique at Kemper System France from April 2011 to September 2018, where responsibilities included direct liaison with CSTB for certification processes and developing technical solutions tailored to client needs in construction products. Earlier in their career, Norman worked as Responsable de Synthèse Technique at Egis from January 2009 to April 2011, overseeing technical synthesis for the Grand Stade de Lille Métropole project, managing a team, and facilitating client communications. Norman holds an Ingénieur Génie Civil degree from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (2008-2011) and a DUT in Génie Civil, Travaux Publics from the Institut Universitaire Technique de Béthune (2004-2005).
