Constance de la Motte

Constance de la Motte is an experienced production and quality manager currently at Hermès since April 2017, overseeing a workshop of 25 craftsmen and previously managing quality performance and audits at a production site. Constance has also spearheaded the launch of a new leather goods manufacturing facility in France and coordinated the development of women's bag collections. Prior to Hermès, roles included Development and Production Coordinator for Lacoste's leather goods department and various positions at Thales Raytheon Systems focused on purchasing and supply chain management. Constance's early career included assistant roles in manufacturing and leadership in student associations while obtaining a Master’s Degree in Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
